About Wrestlingworth Memorial Hall

The Hall is located in the beautiful village of Wrestlingworth in Bedfordshire within easy reach of Potton, Sandy and Biggleswade. It’s a place for the community to meet and socialise.   The hall is one of the larger halls in the area with the main room measuring approximately 50’x25′ and a very high-pitched ceiling which makes it ideal for sports such as badminton.   Overall capacity of the hall is for 108 people, we have lots of tables and chairs for adults and children.

 

Facilities

 

Full kitchen with ovens, hobs, fridge, microwave, urn and kettle.   Ladies and gents toilets plus disabled facilities. Committee room (may be hired separately.) Broadband / Wifi. Cutlery, tea crockery, dinner crockery, glassware. Projection screen, projector, sound equipment, public address system, hearing loop. Badminton net, badminton lights.

 

Access:              All areas of the Hall are accessible by wheelchair and buggies.

Garden:                 A lawned garden area is available at the rear of the hall for the use of children’s parties (permission is required for other bookings)

Car parking:       For approximately 20 cars in front of the hall.

Smoking Policy: No smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, anywhere inside the Hall.

The front porch and car-park area may be used by smokers.
